Let Go to Be Free of Suffering

Your suffering is a consequence of everything that is stored in your subconscious mind through all the stories you have been told and you have been telling yourself from an early age on until now. Those stories continue to build up, most of them you aren’t even aware of. They are so strong, you have no idea. They run your life.

The way to brush off these made up stories and to reprogram your subconscious mind is to let go of everything. This takes time. It’s a process.

Rewrite Your Subconscious Mind

One way to go is to write down every possible thing that comes to mind that you want to let go of and the things you think you can’t but need to let go of.

Realize that all of these things are all just concepts of the mind.

Write it down, not in any particular order, not with a plan, not to write correctly, not to serve a purpose, just write it all down. Best is to write with pen and paper. The writing down is a crucial part of the process of letting go. Each time start with. “Let go of…”

P.S.

Make no mistake, YOU cannot decide to let go, YOU don’t let go, letting go happens. It happens spontaneously in the moment. Although I use the words “Let go”, I use them to understand a concept, since we are stuck and trapped in a language, but without getting side tracked, let it go.

Here’s a start, after this make your own list and watch what happens.

Well I want to say that I agree with your message. My question that I put in the search box(Is there a finite amount of suffering I need to go through and once I finish it, I am free) lead me to your website. So I would rather not go through any technique to finish off the suffering. I would rather feel that it is going to end mysteriously with me not knowing what is happening. I want to think that there is a finite quantity that is dissolving and that I am reaching the end. The beauty is I can’t know the end now because to rush it would be expressing psychological time which would perpetuate suffering.
